What this notice covers
This notice explains the behaviour of this TrackEye website. It does not define the privacy, retention or security terms of the TrackEye monitoring application. Ask The Tekies for product-specific documentation before deployment.
Enquiry information
The forms ask for contact details, company information and business requirements. Validation happens in your browser. The website prepares a message in your email app and does not itself submit or save that information to a lead database. Information is shared with The Tekies only when you send the email.
Minimise sensitive information
Do not include employee monitoring records, passwords, credentials or confidential personal information in an enquiry. Include only the business information necessary to discuss your request.
Hosting and external services
This website is prepared for hosting at Hostinger. The hosting provider may process connection information to deliver and protect the website; refer to its privacy documentation for details. Your email provider handles prepared enquiries under its own terms. Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Analytics and browser storage
This implementation contains no configured analytics tracking, advertising pixels, newsletter collection or application cookies. It does not use local storage to save enquiries. Hosting-provider practices operate separately from the authored website pages.
